Stefanie Rush

I live in Rural Worth County, and I love the country living! I have 1 husband, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 5 horses, and cattle; needless to say we have a house full. I have worked in the dental field for over 20 years, and have been working with Dr. Vierthaler since 2003. I am the Director of Orthodontic Care and absolutely love my job and patients. It is great to see the transformation from hiding a smile to showing it off!

I recently joined the Compass Dental team and am loving every minute. I am currently being trained to become the E4D specialist. That means if you are lucky enough to need a crown there is a good possibility I will be designing it. I could even put my initials on it! Then, when I become famous you can sell it on eBay! Outside of mastering my new position at Compass Dental, I love to spend time with my family and friends, especially my daughter Mariah! I tend to get a bit competitive when I’m racing my derby car in the summer time, and I love playing in slow pitch softball tournaments. This job has truly allowed me to take my career to the next level. I'm very excited for what the future holds at Compass Dental!

Jaylene Dredge

I am a Maryville native, proud to be a Spoofhound and Bearcat alumnus and fan. I took a break from the Midwest to live on the West Coast after graduating college and brought back the best souvenir ever, my husband Chris. I joined the ever-energetic Compass Dental team in December 2011 and haven’t looked back. My background is business management and marketing, but my specialty is people. I love working alongside our renowned providers and coworkers, but my favorite part of the day is interacting with our fabulous patients. When I’m not in the office I enjoy adventures with my family and friends, traveling, and entertaining my energetic dog, Rudy! Hope to see your smiles in the office soon!

Lynda White

I began my career as a Dental Assistant with Dr. Twaddle in 1993 and now have the pleasure of also working with Dr. Vierthaler. I received my DANB (certified dental certificate) Certification in 2001. I am now enjoying working the front office where I get to see each and every smile that comes into the office! I make my home in Maryville with my husband, Brett, and Bob the dog, with my 2 grown children living close by!

Sherrie McEnaney

I have worked with Dr. Vierthaler since 2005. Every day is a fun and rewarding day at Compass Dental! I enjoy getting to know our patients and helping them with any insurance needs. My husband and I have been long-time residents of the Maryville area. We enjoy camping with our grandkids and antiquing. When I retire you may find me living on a wine vineyard stomping grapes!

Tricia Fast

I had been a stay at home mom for five years when I decided it was time for me to interact with adults. I initially started working part-time Compass Dental, which allowed me to still be at home with my two kids on my days off. After mastering the front desk the doctors asked if I would like to learn how to assist. That seemed very scary, since I have never assisted, but the doctors have been great teachers. Assisting the doctors has been very educational, helping me expand my knowledge for the front office positon as well; you never know where you might find me working in this office. I love working at Compass Dental! We have fun every day and I enjoy helping patients get the smile they have always wanted!

My first job in the dental field was as the Tooth Fairy’s assistant. Every night I would give the Tooth Fairy her list of names of all the children in the world she needed to visit. I was also in charge of the money she needed to give to all the kids. Well, the pressure of the job was just too much! Plus, it turns out the Tooth Fairy is kind of a diva. But I loved working with teeth, so I decided to go to dental hygiene school. I started working at Compass Dental in 2012. I absolutely love getting to know my patients and seeing them on a regular basis. I hope I continue to work here until the Tooth Fairy retires and I can take over for her!

Clara Stinnett

I was born on the snow-covered Swiss Alps in 1981. My first profession was a milk maid, but when my hair turned from blonde to brown I decided it was time to focus on my studies. After graduation I returned to my homeland to help build the Large Hadron Collider. Soon after, I had my first nervous breakdown. I had heard great things about the countryside of Northwest Missouri so I packed my bag and headed for America. I found everyone to be really friendly! I found out from Dr. Vierthaler’s wino/office manager, Sherrie, that he was looking for a new dental assistant. I soon started in the spring of 2008. I love working here with what seems to be the largest group of wild, zany, crazy, fun-loving people in Maryville.

Hollie Hill

I joined the Compass Dental team in 2002 when Dr. Twaddle found me in the swamps of Florida wrestling alligators. He knew he needed someone strong enough to hold down unruly patients and given my experience with alligators, he thought I was just the person for the job. Sometimes I find it more dangerous to put my hand in a patient’s mouth than a 'gator's! But seriously, I could not have asked for a better job. I have been able to obtain my fellowship status with the International Congress of Oral Implantology and could not be happier wearing many hats in the Dental Implant Oral Surgery department.

Tanna Cordell

I recently joined the team at Compass Dental after being a pharmacy technician for 3 years. I am thrilled to join the Compass Dental team as a dental assistant. Not only do I get to assist the doctors chair side, but I am currently being trained to specialize in…BRACE YOURSELF…orthodontics!! That means if you have or are getting orthodontic work done you’ll be spending a lot of time with me! Don’t worry, I’m gentle!  Outside of work, I am a mother and wife. My husband and I have two amazing children together and they keep our schedules outside of work very busy.  I am so excited to see what is in store for me as I begin this career path, but most of all I can’t wait to help improve the smiles of our awesome patients. Hope to see you soon!

I started working for Dr. Twaddle in 1986 and have known him all my life (I am his much younger sister). There have been a lot of changes throughout the years, all of them good of course. I became a DANB Certified Dental Assistant in 2001. I like spending time with my three grown children, stepson, grandkids and my husband Kavin.

Sara Hull

Before working at Compass Dental, I was a tiger trainer with the traveling circus. I thought I would be a trainer forever until my husband started getting too attached to the tigers. It just became too dangerous for our family. So I sought out a new profession as a dental hygienist, getting my credentials online in Mexico (ok, really Hillyard in St. Joseph, MO). My husband and I have an 18-month-old little boy that is fluent in three languages and is working to achieve his black belt in Karate. My husband is a local farmer and the wolf pack leader of the local boy scout group. I love my new career as a hygienist and love working at Compass Dental Group!

I was born and raised in Maryville and graduated from Maryville High School in 2011. From a young age I knew I wanted to join the dental field so after high school I immediately began taking classes through North Central Missouri College. In 2013 I was accepted into the dental hygiene program at Hillyard Technical Center in St. Joseph and graduated in 2015. Shortly after graduating I was hired by Compass Dental and was beyond excited! They are such an awesome group of people and I'm so happy I get the opportunity to work with them. In my spare time I love hanging out with family, friends and my puppy!
